Terms Acceptance

By accessing and using the Proaspăt website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Proaspăt offers the following services:

• Washing and drying with home pickup and delivery
• Washing and drying at self-service locations
• Monthly/quarterly subscriptions
• B2B services for companies and partners

Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old or authorized by an adult
• Information provided is correct and complete
• Clothing is in good condition (not damaged before pickup)
• You will not include dangerous items (fire, gases, chemicals)
• You will pay in full for services at agreed rates

Proaspăt Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Providing high-quality services professionally
• Caring for clothes with utmost attention
• Meeting promised timelines (usually 24-48h)
• Communicating any issues discovered
• Protecting your data and privacy

Liability Limitations

Proaspăt is NOT liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or deterioration before pickup
• Untreated clothing (labels forbidding water washing)
• Hidden defects appearing after washing (weak stitches, dyes)
• Special items without clear washing instructions
• Delays due to extreme weather or force majeure

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

1. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos and detailed description
3. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
4. Solution: repair, re-wash, or compensation (as applicable)

Pricing and Payments

• Displayed prices include VAT and are in RON
• Prices may change with 14 days prior notice
• We accept cash on delivery, online card, and PayPal
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations: Free if notified at least 24 hours before pickup
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 10% fee of total order
• Changes: Allowed if notified at least 12 hours before
• Subscriptions: Can be cancelled with 7 days notice

Website Use and Content

You agree to:

• Not use the site for illegal or harmful purposes
• Not send spam, malware, or harmful content
• Not perform automated data scraping
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Keep your password private and secure

Website Liability Limitations

The site is provided "AS IS" without warranties. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR: data loss, service interruptions, errors, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.). We will notify you and offer alternatives.

Service Termination

We may terminate services if:

• You repeatedly violate these terms
• You fail to pay invoices on time
• You use services for illegal purposes

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Brașov.
